Terms and condition apply to both registered and non registered site

TAC Net Ltd facilitate the delivery of digital media content in electronic
format provided by store owners on FindAnAmateur.com on a pay per
view transactional basis.
This is not a subscription service.
Findanamateur.com is not an escort agency nor does it provide escort
agency services. FindAnAmateur.com its officers, employees, agents,
partners do not in any way shape or form engage in negotiations or
partake involvement in the booking of any escort services.
Any financial transaction either monetory or in kind to findanamateur

A purchaser agrees not to bookmark and therefore bypass any terms

TACNet Ltd maintains a website site, www.FindAnAmateur.com ("Website"),
to which registered store owners (hereafter referred to as the "store
owner"). can upload movie and still image ("photograph")
files for the purpose of allowing TACNet Ltd to act as their online
agent for licensing digital media rights to other users (hereafter
referred to as the "Purchaser")
A store owner agrees by registering with findanamateur.com and starting
a website, they cannot upload any digital media containing Necrophillia,
child pornography, dangerous weapons, horror, snuff, rape, fisting,
nonconsensual sex either simulated or real, torture, asphyxiation,
animal sex, hardcore bondage with sex, penetrative sex with any form
of bondage, blood, scat, vomit, water sports - urinating on any person,
drinking urine, the crushing or destruction of any living creature.
Further to the content listed, the store owner agrees to keep upto
date with both OPA and CJIA laws, and any other specific laws of their
country of residence as stated in section (vi) of Consent.
By
registering with FindAnAmateur.com for the purpose of providing digital
media , the store owner agrees unconditionally to the following:
Consent.
You must be at least 18 years of age (in the US 21 in AL, MS, NE,
and WY) to register with FindAnAmateur.com. FindAnAmateur.com may
request at any point, the registrant provide proof of age.
store owners Warranties and Responsibilities.
(i) The store owner owns and maintains responsibility of acting as
Custodian Of Records for all 2257 related matters and enquiries.
(ii)Registration. store owner warrants that they have provided FindAnAmateur.com
with full and accurate information when registering and agree to correct

deems in its discretion to be vulgar or offensive.
(v) Any digital media store owners have uploaded to findanamateur.com
will not be displayed on any other website owned by a third party.
If any of your uploaded digital media does appear on other websites,
you must pursue the issue with the webmaster, hosting and billing
companies connected with said site. We will however help promote your
digital media content on other sites owned by TAC Net Ltd, its agents
and partners via the latest update scripts in order to help maximize
your update exposure and generate maximum revenue..
(vi) If you are resident within the United Kingdom and are either
or both a store owner / purchaser within respect of any digital media,
it is your responsibility to ensure you are up to date with the latest
revisions in both the Obscene Publications Act (OPA) & Criminal
Justice and Immigration Act (CJIA).
If you are resident outside the United Kingdom and are either or both
a store owner or purchaser within respect of any digital media, it
is your responsibility to ensure you are up to date with the current
laws of your country.
(vii) FindAnAmateur.com makes no warranty that service will be uninterrupted,
timely, secure, or error free. You accept and understand site and
store visibility may be withdrawn temporarily and without notice in
the case of maintenance or force majeure.

confirming you opt in to the findanamateur electronic newsletter.
Email addresses will not be sold, traded or used for any purpose other

(ix) Any attempt to use the findanamateur credit system for fraudulent
activity will result in immediate suspension and any credits accrued
forfeited.
Digital Media Content upload and Rights for Store Owners YOUEXPRESSLY
UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT (INCLUDING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY)::
The store owner agrees to give FindAnAmateur.com its officers, employees,
agents, partners irrevocable nonexclusive royalty-free rights to use
the digital media content for any purpose including publication, display,
modification, and creation of derivative works of all digital media
content uploaded by said store owner. FindAnAmateur.com has the right
to license any digital media content up until the time the store owner
deletes the file from FindAnAmateur.com.
The store owner agrees to and understands that they must maintain
a local backup of all media digital media content that has been uploaded
to FindAnAmateur.com.
store owner shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless FindAnAmateur.com
, its officers, directors, employees, partners, associates, affiliates,
joint venturers, agents and representatives, from any and all claims
based on allegations which, if true, would constitute a breach of
any of the foregoing warranties, and any and all liabilities, losses,
damages, expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) and damages
in consequence thereof. FindAnAmateur.com reserves the right, at its
own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter
otherwise subject to indemnification, which shall not excuse store
owner's indemnity obligations.
Compensation.
FindAnAmateur.com
will pay the store owner the fee specified on the Website or by separate
schedule for each download / stream of digital media by a purchaser.
Store Owners will be awarded a commission of 60% of the total
transaction value in credits. Transactions originating from the
European Union (hereafter known as EU) are subject to a further VAT
charge at the standard UK rate of 17.5% which will be split 50% each
between the store owner and TACNet Ltd. Therefore the commission for
European transactions is 52.55%
Commission will be paid to the store owners account in the form of
credits. Store owners may withdraw credits to their bank account by
requesting a payout using the 'Payouts Module'. Payouts are made in
the form of a US dollar cheque.
Where a cheque needs to be re-issued for whatever reason, a charge
of $30 will be applied to the users account prior to re-issuing the
cheque.
Copyright.
Copyright of all digital media content uploaded by the store owner
is retained by the store owner. The store owner cannot transmit or
upload digital media content to FindAnAmateur.com which they do not
own the copyright. Breach of copyright is a serious offence and will
be reported to the relevant authorities and any credits accrued with
be forfeited.
Control
of Operations
(i) FindAnAmateur.com may remove any digital media uploaded to FindAnAmateur.com
which it feels breaks any laws or conditions displayed in this document.
(ii) store owner Privacy. FindAnAmateur.com may access and disclose
any information about store owner, store owner's accounts, or any
digital media content provided to the Website if FindAnAmateur.com
believes in good faith that such action is reasonably necessary to
enforce this Agreement, its copyright policy, to comply with the law
and legal process, to operate its systems properly, to protect itself,
its store owners, affiliates, licensees, officers, employees, agents,
partners, or purchasers.
(iii) FindAnAmateur.com reserves the right, but does not assume the
responsibility, to restrict conduct which FindAnAmateur.com deems
in its discretion to be harmful to individual members, purchasers,
or any visitor that uses FindAnAmateur.com , or in violation of FindAnAmateur.com
's or any third party's rights.
You
expressly understand and agree that including limitation of liability:
(i) FindAnAmateur.com disclaims all warranties and conditions of any
kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any
implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, non-infringement of third party rights, and those
arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
FindAnAmateur.com , its licensors, and subcontractors do not warrant
any connection to, compatibility with, transmission over, nor results
or use of, any network connection or facilities provided (or failed
to be provided) through
FindAnAmateur.com . From time to time the porting of particular content
may not be feasible and FindAnAmateur.com may remove any such content
from the Website without any liability to store owner. store owner
is responsible for assessing its own computer and transmission network
needs, and the results to be obtained therefrom.
(iii) FindAnAmateur.com assumes no responsibility for any actions
or liabilities arising from the possession or use of media obtained

(v) Store owners understand and agree to if, following a credits transfer
request, should there be any issue as to the authenticity of your
account, findanamateur store or digital content ownership or otherwise,
and if you: a) remove any identifiable image, logos, or content or
b) fail to provide identification upon request transfer will become
void. Any accrued credits will be forfeited. TAC Net Ltd's decision
on this will be final.
(vii) If you add links to your store pointing to sites external to
Findanamateur.com those sites must display either a banner and text,
or text link pointing back to findanamateur.com
(viii)Store owners in breach of any terms or conditions forfeit all
credits accrued in their account.
(ix)Store owners are permitted to list digital media or services for
purchase providing that all transactions are conducted using the findanamateur.com
credit payment system. Escort companionship is exempt from this condition.
(x)Store owners may only list contact information in the permitted
areas. Links, contact numbers, and instant messenger details may only
be displayed in the designated store fields and locations.

terms and conditions listed within this document.
(xv)FindAnAmateur.com makes no warranty with respect to any related
software or hardware used or provided by FindAnAmateur.com in connection
with FindAnAmateur.com . Any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret
or warranty infringements, whether actual or alleged, are the direct
responsibility of the manufacturer of said hardware or software product.(vi)
As a store owner you will not link to any executable files or dialers
and it is strictly against Find An Amateur policies to include any
executable, illegal, or files that has been infected by adware or
virus code in any electronic media distributed from their store. In
addition, the store owner explicitly confirms they have virus checked
all digital media content uploaded to their find an amateur store

(xvi) By uploading digital media, a store owner warrants that the

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT FindAnAmateur.com its affiliates,
licensees, officers, employees, agents, partners shall not be liable
to store owner for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential
damages (including, without limitation, damages or loss of business,
lost profits, business interruption, loss of business information,
or any other pecuniary loss, even if FindAnAmateur.com has been advised
of the possibility of such damages, in connection with FindAnAmateur.com
or with any other product or service provided by FindAnAmateur.com
, or resulting from the use of or the inability to use the Website
or any transaction entered into through or from FindAnAmateur.com
, or from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions,
data, or account. store owner specifically agrees that FindAnAmateur.com
is not responsible or liable to Member or anyone else for any threatening,
defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal conduct or speech of any
other party or any infringement or violation of another's rights,
including intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, or rights
of privacy. FindAnAmateur.com 's liability to you for breach of this
agreement is limited solely to $20.
You cannot use or attempt to use a Find An Amateur account of any
other purchaser or store owner. This includes impersonating a Find
An Amateur purchaser or store owner in any electronic media, visual
or audio representation.
Termination
Either
you or FindAnAmateur.com may terminate your account with FindAnAmateur.com
at any time with or without cause. Your notice of termination will
be effective upon receipt by FindAnAmateur.com , or upon receipt of
confirmation if confirmation is requested. If a store owner requests
termination of their findanamateur.com store and does not reactivate
their account within 30 days or request that any accrued credits be
payed subject to our payment terms and conditions listed within this
document. their funds will automatically be forfeited
Impermissible Conduct
store owner may not upload digital media which is unlawful and agrees
to use FindAnAmateur.com only for lawful purposes. store owner may
not post to or use FindAnAmateur.com to transmit any digital media
which is deemed by FindAnAmateur.com to be generally offensive to
the public or harmful. Any conduct by store owner that in FindAnAmateur.com's
sole discretion restricts or inhibits any other store owner, person
or entity from using or enjoying FindAnAmateur.com or another service
will not be permitted and shall entitle FindAnAmateur.com to immediately
terminate the membership without notice.
Severability.
You may not under any circumstances harrass any person on Find An
Amateur in anyway whatsover.This includes the use of verbal or electonic
communications that include or use one or any of use foul, threatening
or offensive language including, without limitation, racist, sexist,
ageist, homophobic or sexually explicit language where found inappropriate
You may not use Find An Amateur to spam or solicit any person/persons

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or
unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue
to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any of this Agreement
is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it
would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed
to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
Legal
Fees and Jurisdiction
If FindAnAmateur.com is obligated to go to court, rather than arbitration,
to enforce any of its rights, or to collect any fees, you agree to
reimburse FindAnAmateur.com for its legal fees, costs and disbursements
if FindAnAmateur.com is successful. You agree that the Courts of the
UK are the agreed and appropriate forums for any such suit, and consent
to service of process by registered mail or overnight courier with
proof of delivery.
Purchase
And Billing
tacnetltd.com will appear on your credit card, bank
statement.
(i)
Electronic Receipt - Purchasers will receive an electronic receipt
to the email address provided.
(ii) Refunds / Charge Back Transactions for Digital Media Credit Purchases
- Media credit purchases are non-refundable. In the event that a refund
is made, there will be a $20 processing fee assessed due to costs
levied to FindAnAmateur.com .com by the banking and credit card institutions.
(iii) Indemnification - Credits purchased are not transferable and
full refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
(iv) In the event that digital media purchased is faulty, one or more
free downloads will be credited to the purchasers account.
TAC Net Ltd will not provide any refunds for purchased digital media
that has been downloaded by the purchaser.
(v) If a transaction is charged back by the purchaser, then TAC Net
Ltd reserve the right to refuse any future transactions from the purchaser.
(vi) Prior to completion of your transaction, you must read and agree
to TAC Net Ltd terms and conditions. By purchasing digital media from
FindAnAmateur.com, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions,
and confirm aceptance to be legally bound by them. This agreement
is subject to alteration by TAC Net Ltd at any point. Changes are
effective when posted here without notice.
(vii) You unreservably agree that all digital digital media purchased
from Find An Amateur is for personal use only. It may not be edited,
republished, reproduced in anyway whatsover, broadcast, transmitted,

(x) The purchaser agrees that they understand what the content store

to the above under penalty of Perjury.

Agreement

comprises the entire agreement between FindAnAmateur.com, purchaser
and store owner, and supersedes any prior agreements. FindAnAmateur.com
reserves the right, at its discretion, to revise this Agreement at
any time, and such revision shall be effective immediately upon the
posting of the revised Agreement at the Website. You agree to review
the Agreement periodically to become aware of such revisions. If any
such revision is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your membership.
Your continued use of FindAnAmateur.com following posting of the revised
Agreement on the Website shall be deemed to be acceptance of any and
all revisions.
